Only with permission, may you post images from the website or the social media pages. Since the images featured via social media are often included on the website, I retain all intellectual property rights to those images. Permission should be sought via email or via social media before you repost my content.

The only appropriate formats are the previously formatted images/videos that are provided via the website and the social media accounts. You may not under any circumstances claim the content as your own or watermark the content. If content is shared with permission from myself, it must be shared WITHOUT tampering or manipulation of any sort. Meaning content must be posted as is with no edits of any kind.

content shared from any of the brand image resources MUST be appropriate and positive. Any inappropriate or negative sharing of content will result in a report of the post and removal of those images.

If content featuring the garments or the designer are shared, without consent from myself, the designer; those post and articles will be reported.

Even if an individual attempts to block me on a platform, I can still access the post from my various accounts, and those will be reported and handled as such.

If content is shared from the brand page, website, or any of the social media platforms without consent/permission, those posts will be reported immediately for copyright infringement. As the designer, I retain all rights to my intellectual property and will take the necessary steps to maintain those rights.

Under no circumstances may my content be shared for engagement or monetary reasons of any kind.

If you see to share any content that features brand imagery, customer, photos, the designer, etc.; the best way to receive a response would be via email or the contact form that’s available via the website.

If you are not comfortable emailing, you may reach out via social media and wait for a timely response. Only an instance where the content is being shared, inappropriately or negatively, will that permission be revoked and the party responsible will be asked to remove the post before further action is taken.
