IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE FEE FOR RE-SHIPPING THE PACKAGE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE IT! NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED!
If your purchase is 4 weeks past your order date (meaning it's been 4 weeks (28 days) since you placed your order), you may Email, Text, or DM us to check the status of your order.
If your order will take longer than expected, we will contact you directly and notify you immediately.
Because mistakes do happen, if you are to receive the incorrect package or items. Please reach out immediately so that a resolution can be achieved as soon as possible. It is imperative that each customer receive the items that they paid for. Nothing more nothing less. Failure to return these items will result in an invoice, that if not paid will be sent to collections.
Please ensure that the package you received does indeed belong to you, and is not missing any of the items listed on the packing slip attached.
Customers cannot be in possession of items that do not belong to them, and are expected to return those items to the business address provided in order to prevent being invoiced for additional products or services.
Customers are financially responsible for being in possession and withholding items they did not pay for. Effective immediately as of January 1, 2024.
